When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.

How often should I workout?
How often a client should work out depends on their lifestyle and preferences. For example, light cardio can be done daily, but more intense activities may require one or two rest days per week.
Do you offer nutritional advice?
Yes. Like most personal trainers I can provide some insight into what you should eat to fuel your body. However, I will be cautious to prescribe strict meal plans or ask you to cut out food groups.
